1. Identifikation
Bringen Sie bitte zukünftig für jeden Besuch in der Praxis Ihre Chipkarte oder – falls Sie keine haben – ein anderes Dokument zur Identifizierung mit. Zum Schutz Ihrer Daten behandeln wir nur noch nach entsprechendem Nachweis.

2. Termine

Wenn Sie einen Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, sagen Sie diesen bitte so schnell wie möglich ab! Patienten warten zum Teil mehrere Wochen auf Termine. Nicht abgesagte und versäumte Termine werden wir Ihnen mit 30 Euro in Rechnung stellen.

To protect your personal data, we can only provide treatment after checking your identification.

2. Appointments
If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.
Some patients wait several weeks for an appointment.
Appointments that are not cancelled and are missed will be charged €30.

Para proteger sus datos personales, solo podemos atenderle después de comprobar su identificación.

2. Citas
Si no puede acudir a su cita, por favor cancélela lo antes posible.
Algunos pacientes esperan varias semanas para una cita.
Las citas no canceladas y no atendidas se cobrarán con 30 €.
